1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SayScore mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SayScore is a voice-activated scoreboard application for pickleball. The App uses your device's microphone to listen for score announcements and displays the current score on your screen.

3. User Accounts

The App does not require you to create an account. If you subscribe to SayScore Unlimited, your subscription is managed through your Apple ID and Apple's App Store.

4. Free Tier and Subscriptions

Free Tier

The App offers a free tier with a limit of 50 voice commands per day. This limit resets daily at midnight in your local time zone.

SayScore Unlimited Subscription

SayScore Unlimited removes the daily command limit. Subscription options and pricing are displayed within the App. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use the App in a way that could damage our reputation or goodwill

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SayScore AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that voice recognition will be 100% accurate. The accuracy of score tracking depends on clear voice input and environmental conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAYSCORE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any errors or omissions in the App's functionality
• Any unauthorized access to your device or data
• Any disputes arising from score tracking during gameplay

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SayScore AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
